This custom-designed single-story residence offers 2,148 square feet of living space, thoughtfully arranged into three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area forms the heart of the home, ideal for both quiet moments and family gatherings. A split-bedroom layout ensures privacy, with the master suite secluded on one side, complete with a spacious walk-in closet and luxurious bath. The home also includes a two-car garage with direct interior access, a large rear patio for outdoor entertaining, and a covered front porch that enhances curb appeal while offering a welcoming entry. 

Design Elements

The architectural language of this home blends modern simplicity with farmhouse warmth. Clean vertical board-and-batten siding in crisp white is contrasted by black-trimmed windows and dark gabled rooflines, offering a bold yet timeless exterior. Inside, natural light pours in through generously sized windows, while layered lighting fixtures add ambiance and warmth. The material palette was curated for comfort and clarity, using soft textures, clean lines, and open volumes to encourage both flow and stillness. This design aims to create a space that feels grounded, purposeful, and enduring—balancing form with function in every detail.
